- Premium Subscriptions: Payment and subscription data is retained as required by law and for accounting purposes, typically for a minimum of 7 years.
- Support Requests: Support communications may be retained for customer service and quality assurance purposes.
- Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To request data deletion:
- For Server Data: Remove the bot from your Discord server. Most server-specific data will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- For Personal Data: Contact us at privacy@mystickybot.com with your Discord user ID and a description of the data you wish to delete.
- For Premium Accounts: Canceling your subscription and removing the bot from your server will initiate the data deletion process. Note that some payment records may be retained as required by law.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal and contractual obligations that may require us to retain certain information (such as payment records required by tax law).
6.3 Correction and Updates

6.4 Opt-Out
