• For Premium Accounts: Canceling your subscription and removing the bot from your server will initiate the data deletion process. Note that some payment records may be retained as required by law.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal and contractual obligations that may require us to retain certain information (such as payment records required by tax law).
